About the role

What does it mean to be a part of a startup?
- Unique experience with a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Variety of workloads and quick changes
- High expectations and the opportunity to be high impact
- Opportunities to be creative and solution-oriented
- Flexibility, accountability, and self-sufficiency required
- Multiple roles and the need to wear multiple hats
Role Breadth
Your role may be less defined, requiring you to wear multiple hats and juggle various responsibilities.
Learning Opportunities
You will have the opportunity, at times, to function outside of your standard position and learn about new roles and areas.
Fast Paced
Startups often must move faster than traditional large companies, meaning you may be asked to cope with or advise on quick changes regarding systems or processes.
Autonomy
You will need to be highly autonomous, as there is less structure and learning and development than at large organizations. This requires you to be able to learn asynchronously, as well as raise your hand when help is needed or gaps are identified.
Collaboration
We rely heavily on collaboration to communicate changes effectively across functions, which often requires giving and receiving feedback frequently and communicating challenges or opportunities effectively.
