About the role
We are seeking Associate Licensed Therapists to join our Associate Licensed Therapist Program at Centered Mind Counseling Services. Our program is designed to prepare and support you as you become one of the most skilled newly licensed therapists in Washington State.
Responsibilities
- Weekly individual supervision with one of our experienced WA State Approved Supervisors
- Associate Group Supervision to build connections with other Associates
- Weekly consultation with our CMCS team of seasoned professionals at our virtual lunch consultations
- Unlimited free online CEUs, plus additional continuing education reimbursements
- Administrative support including scheduling of clients that match your area of interest and expertise
- Competitive pay and 'non-billable' monthly pay allotments

Requirements
A Washington State Licensed Associate Mental Health Professional (LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC).
