Join Our Care Team – CNA/Caregiver

About the role

Nurturing Nurses Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers and CNAs to provide consistent, one-on-one care in the South Charlotte area. The ideal candidate is local and ready to build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients’ homes
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
• Monitor clients’ well-being and report any changes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Offer companionship while preserving each client’s dignity and independence

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or experienced caregiver
• Resides in or can reliably travel throughout the South Charlotte area
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Comfortable caring for individuals with a variety of needs
• Able to work independently and follow individualized care plans
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Flexible and willing to work with different clients as needs arise
