About the role

We are seeking Shop and Field Service Technicians to join AgRevolution, a dealership dedicated to providing leading agricultural equipment and support services. Our teams focus on delivering exceptional customer service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Repair machinery and components, developing repair plans and sequences, determining necessary parts, materials, tooling, and performing repairs safely and efficiently.
• Generate, maintain, and complete reports for parts ordering, special tool usage, daily service reports, and work order closure.
• Use and understand test equipment to troubleshoot repairs, blueprints, technical data, and service manuals.
• Retrieve and return parts and materials through the company’s parts ordering system.
• Manage work processes using company computer systems.
• Retrieve and return special tools as needed, maintaining proper care and use of tools and equipment.
• Interact positively with colleagues, customers, vendors, suppliers, and visitors through constructive relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing agriculture, construction, off-road, or heavy equipment.
• Experience using test equipment and tools to analyze, evaluate, locate, and repair problems.
• Experience with computers, spreadsheets, and word processing programs.
• Field Service Technician must maintain a valid driver’s license compliant with company and DOT regulations, and keep required paperwork like DOT logs.
• Ability to use test equipment to analyze, evaluate, and locate problems, and make independent decisions when necessary.
