Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Certificate from an accredited Periodontics residency program
• Eligibility for Wisconsin dental licensure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
