About the role

Responsibilities

• Hostesses: Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Bartenders: Mix and serve beverages to guests while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Servers: Offer attentive service, manage reservations, and ensure smooth transitions between tables.
• Assistant Servers: Assist servers in managing tables and providing excellent customer service.
• Jr. Sous Chefs: Support the Sous Chef in preparing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Chef de Partie: Execute cooking tasks under the supervision of the Sous Chef, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Demi Chef de Partie: Assist the Chef de Partie in managing kitchen operations and ensuring food preparation meets standards.
• Commis I: Perform basic kitchen duties under the guidance of more experienced staff.
• Commis III: Assist in various kitchen roles, including dishwashing and cleaning.
• Commis III (Pastry/Bakery): Contribute to the preparation and presentation of baked goods and desserts.
• Kitchen Assistant: Support the kitchen team in various tasks, including dishwashing and cleaning.

Requirements

• Hostesses: Must have excellent communication skills and a warm personality.
• Bartenders: Knowledge of mixology and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Servers: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
