About the role
Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon or Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our established Spine Surgery team in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. This opportunity offers access to a busy, well-established practice with a strong referral base, experienced support staff, and advanced surgical technology.
- Advanced Technology: Access to the Medtronic Mazor Spine Robot
- Established Patient Base: Strong existing patient panel with referrals from primary care and specialty providers throughout the region
- Supportive Team: Well-staffed with clinical, administrative, scheduling, and APP support
- Shared call schedule: 10 days per month, 24-hour shifts
Pay
- Starting Salary: $870,652
- Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000 (receipt-based)
