John T. Kuhl, MD, FAAD
About the Provider
Dr. John Kuhl is passionate about dermatology and the breadth of medicine it encompasses. Originally from Illinois, he completed his education and training across the Midwest before joining Carolina Dermatology of Greenville in 2007 after finishing his residency. He and his wife have embraced Greenville as an ideal community to raise their three children.
Dr. Kuhl offers comprehensive dermatologic care for patients of all ages, specializing in the surgical removal of skin cancer and the medical treatment of skin diseases. He values building relationships with patients during full skin exams and provides honest, collaborative guidance on skin care and treatment options.
An active contributor to the field, Dr. Kuhl has delivered national and international presentations on dermatology and published in several journals. He is dedicated to education, teaching medical students and residents, and volunteers his time for charity skin cancer screenings and at Camp Discovery, a summer camp for children with severe skin diseases.
Outside of work, Dr. Kuhl enjoys family time at the lake, competitive flat-water kayaking, and exploring South Carolina state parks, having visited each one with his family.
