Responsibilities

• Prepare construction/filing documents
• Take measurements as needed
• Develop architectural drawings in coordination with consultants for mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and fire alarm systems

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor Degree or Masters in Architecture from an accredited school
• Detail oriented with strong writing, communication and organizational skills
• 1 to 3 years architectural experience and interest in licensure
• Interest in building code, zoning, energy code and climate change
• Experience with construction documents, detailing and design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word and other software

• Legal authorization to work in USA

Benefits

• Salary from $60,000 to $70,000 annually plus benefits
