Will you write in my notebook?

This collection of images is part of a project started on August 14th, 2018. The goal was to create an intimate experience with strangers in Houston. Each portrait has a corresponding notebook page written by the person in the photo. With little to no direction given, strangers express themselves freely. The handwriting and words add depth to the connection beyond a simple street photo.
