About the Role

Penta Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dedicated professionals to fill various roles in our assisted living and memory care communities. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents in assisted living and memory care settings
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and document resident health and well-being, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Engage residents in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities designed to enhance their quality of life
• Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Support dining services, including meal setup, assistance, and cleanup
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in senior care, healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed (training provided)

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Medication Aide certification (where applicable and required by state regulations)
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (as-needed) positions available
