Requirements

• Current JobLink participant

Responsibilities

• Cook up designated activities of the leasing process
• Complete routine inspection of units
• Respond to questions or concerns from residents or applicants
• Cook up maintenance services and process work order requests
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks
• Receive and screen phone calls
• Provide information to residents and visitors

Qualifications

• This position is not eligible for the Seattle Housing Authority benefits package.
• Sick Leave - Effective January 1, 2018, most temporary positions became eligible to accrue sick leave, typically at an accrual rate of one (1) hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked (calculated at .025 for each hour worked).
