Job Description

This role will own and coordinate the production deployment activities and ensure overall solution is implemented as per client needs. The role will need to have experience and expertise in implementing a large Finance transformation program and preferably Oracle Finance. Should familiarize with business requirements/processes and end-to-end technical solutions. Partner with business, IT and architecture to create a detailed deployment/implementation plan. Work closely with the team(s) to successfully implement the overall technical solution into production, capable of driving the deployment and identifying risks / alerts. Work with the team(s) to create, review and approval for production operation manual. Create application transition plan to BAU team(s). Work with BAU team(s) for successful application transition.

Experience implementing a large finance transformation program. Knowledge of ERP (Preferably Oracle/PSFT). Knowledge of ETL, Databricks and MSFT Azure -- basic understanding. Should understand accounting/finance (preferably Insurance).

Key Areas

  • Strong PM who can deploy projects to Oracle Fusion, any implementation from any ERP system to Oracle Fusion is required.
  • Commercial insurance experience is nice to have.
  • Agile experience and PM tools requirement.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and other ERP systems.

  • Knowledge of ETL processes and Azure.
  • Understanding of financial/accounting principles, particularly in commercial insurance.
