Job Runner

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Job Runner. This role is essential for ensuring that materials arrive at job sites on time and efficiently, supporting our project managers and crews.

Responsibilities

• Drive between job sites, warehouse, and supply locations to deliver materials and manage dumpsters.
• Pick up and deliver materials based on daily project needs.
• Coordinate with project managers on delivery timing and priorities.
• Maintain and care for the company’s fleet of vehicles and dumpster trailers.
• Track inventory of materials stored at the company yard and warehouse.
• Keep the company yard and warehouse organized, clean, and well-maintained.
• Communicate with the office and field teams throughout the day to adapt to changing priorities.
• Occasionally pick up materials from suppliers when job-specific needs arise.

Requirements

• A valid Georgia driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Strong ability to follow directions and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable driving trucks and towing trailers (experience preferred).
• Some experience in construction or with construction materials is a plus, but not required.
• Physically capable of loading, unloading, and being on your feet throughout the day.
• Reliable, showing up on time, every day, ready to work.
• Takes pride in keeping things organized and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Entry-Level to Mid-Level (0 - 4 years) experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Physical stamina and mobility.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Benefits

• Full-time position based out of Marietta, GA (on the road daily).
• Overtime available during peak seasons, with annual earnings potential of $50,000 - $60,000+.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• No required weekends.
• Year-round employment including winter.

Pay and Schedule

• Annual pay of $50,000 to $60,000, including overtime.

Schedule
