Job offer: We are looking for an ambitious Listing Agent
We are looking to expand our team by engaging a high-energy, ambitious Listing Agent. About the role
The functions of a Listing Agent in a real estate agency are essential to feed the company's inventory and maintain an attractive and updated offer. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team while enjoying the freedom to organize your own calendar.
Responsibilities
- Locate properties with potential to incorporate into our portfolio.
- Contact and meet with owners to explain the sales process and our advantages as an agency.
- Obtain accurate information and basic legal documentation of the property, including:
- Title deeds
- Note from the Registry
- Energy certificates
- Tourist licence (if required)
- Certificates from the community of owners
- Information on fees, expenses, etc.
- Keep property information up to date in our system.
- Act as an ambassador for Pollentia Properties in your area.
- Listing New Properties:
- Actively seek new properties to add to the portfolio.
- Research areas with potential for sale.
- Establish contact with owners interested in selling and build strong relationships to secure exclusive ‘sole agent’ listings.
- Explain the agency's services, conditions, fees, and benefits to build trust.
- Property Valuation:
- Carry out an initial valuation of the market price.
- Advise the owner on an appropriate starting price according to the current market.
- Content And Real Estate Sales Strategy:
- Coordinate photos, videos, virtual tours, plans, and descriptions to present properties attractively.
- Detect strong points for marketing.
- Negotiate the sales order contract (exclusive, non-exclusive, or collaboration with other agencies).
- Follow-up:
- Maintain contact with the owner during the sales process.
- Report on viewings, customer comments, and market evolution.
- Update the status of the property (reserved, sold, price reduction, etc.).
- CRM Usage:
- Structured maintenance and follow-up of customer data within the CRM system.
Requirements
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and social personality—gregarious, competitive, and fun-loving.
- International profile with language skills.
- Must either already live in Mallorca with the correct paperwork to work in Spain (NIE/DNI/Residency/TIE/SS number) or have the intention to move to the island.
- To work as a Listing Agent in the Balearic Islands, you need one of the following:
- A university degree in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, or Architecture.
- An official 200-hour course leading to a qualification.
- At least four years of accredited experience as an Estate Agent in the Balearic Islands.
- Own car and driving license.
Training
No prior experience in real estate is required. We offer continuous on-the-job training with our team of Property Consultants and management in our offices in Pollença and Palma. Training includes:
- How to list a property.
- Identifying and acquiring properties that match buyer needs.
- Professional development with a complete career plan.

Schedule
