Expert Opportunity - Head of Bids ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of bids who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

About the role

We're looking for heads of bids with 4+ years leading RFP responses and orals presentations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows:

• RFP response documents
• Orals presentation decks
• Executive summary writing
• Win theme development
• Compliance matrices
• Pricing volume support slides

Requirements

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Pay

$70/hour

Schedule

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
