About Us

The Fedcap Group is committed to improving the economic and social well-being of the impoverished and disadvantaged. For 85 years, we have developed scalable, innovative, and potentially disruptive solutions to some of society’s most pressing needs. As the parent company of a growing number of top-tier nonprofit agencies, we serve over 300,000 children and adults each year across the United States and the United Kingdom. Our work spans educational services, vocational training in high-growth industries, behavioral health services, work readiness skill-building, and job placement—all aimed at helping people achieve long-term self-sufficiency.

The Fedcap Group’s efforts are structured within four major practice areas: Education, Workforce Development, Occupational Health, and Economic Development, strategically aligned for maximum impact. We also invest in broader systems change, partnering with federal, state, and local governments to improve how services are designed, funded, and delivered.
