Become a partner in the successful employment and increased independence of adults with developmental disabilities by providing quality assurance in their tasks, lending steady support, supervision, and encouragement on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Initiates positive communication and relationships between the individual and their employer/co-workers.

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with special needs required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
