Job Coach

About the role

CRI is hiring for a part-time job coach in Rice Lake, WI. This flexible position is about 15-20 hours per week, with hours between 8am-9pm (most help needed from 9am-3pm). Some weekend hours may be included, varying based on your availability and our clients' schedules.

Responsibilities

• Highlight the client’s abilities rather than focusing on their possible disabilities.
• Teach clients how to use their skills to be successful working for a business in their community.
• Help the client become successful on their own, ideally enabling them to perform their job independently after sufficient coaching.
• Maintain necessary documentation after meeting with clients.
• Demonstrate, support, and document as clients complete their work tasks—your role is not to complete tasks for them.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, equivalent, or teacher recommendation.
• Access to reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a Department of Justice background check.

Pay

Hourly rate of $16.00.
