About the role
The role is responsible for providing coaching and support to individuals seeking employment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to discuss career goals and develop action plans.
- Provide guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Assist clients in identifying potential employers and job opportunities.
- Maintain client records and progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in career counseling or similar field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
