About the role

We’re looking for a founding engineer to help build the only form builder purpose-built for paid acquisition teams. You’ll work directly with the founders to ship features that recover 25–40% of lost conversions, lift completion rates by 2–3×, and give marketers the analytics they’ve never had.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core product features: animated multi-step forms, conditional logic, and real-time funnel analytics.
• Build server-side conversion tracking (Meta CAPI, TikTok CAPI, Google Ads) that bypasses ad blockers, iOS 14+, and Safari ITP.
• Develop per-step A/B testing infrastructure to let marketers optimize every field, headline, and CTA.
• Create embed modes (popup, inline, slider, full-page) that work on any site with a single script tag.
• Integrate AI-powered lead scoring and routing to Slack, HubSpot, and email in seconds.
• Optimize for high-CPA verticals (education, healthcare, finance, legal) where every conversion signal matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years building production SaaS products, ideally for marketers or sales teams.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript (React, TypeScript) and server-side tracking (Node.js, Python, or Go).
• Experience with conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, TikTok CAPI, Google Ads) or ad-blocker-resistant tracking.
• Strong UI instincts and a focus on user experience that drives measurable outcomes (e.g., completion rates, lead quality).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.

Skills

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion (for animations).
• Backend: Node.js, Python, or Go; serverless functions (Vercel, AWS Lambda).
