About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Manager to work with a fast-paced team calling on Target Corporate. The Junior Key Account Manager for Finish Dish Care on Target will be a crucial member of the team executing multi-year plans through strong negotiations. You will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plans by managing all aspects of best-in-class 4P execution in market. Responsibilities

• Manage strategic customer relationships and drive category growth.
• Execute account plans and lead customer negotiations.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver 4P strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Develop impactful sales presentations and business cases.
• Drive continuous improvement, profitability, and process optimization.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent management experience.
• 3-5 years related sales experience.
• Strong market and financial acumen.
• Nielsen/Numerator experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of sales processes and category growth strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling approach.
• Ability to influence decisions using data and insights.
• Must be based in Minneapolis.
