Lavatec Laundry Technology is hiring a Western Regional Sales Manager based in Beacon Falls, CT. This role focuses on expanding the company’s presence across 10 Western states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

About the role

An industry veteran with over 30 years of operations experience, the Western Regional Sales Manager will develop and grow Lavatec’s customer base in the region. The position leverages deep familiarity with Lavatec equipment and a proven track record in laundry facility design, management, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Lavatec’s market presence in 10 Western states (including Alaska and Hawaii).
• Assist customers in improving operations through the adoption of Lavatec equipment.
• Provide expertise in facility design, build-out, and operational optimization.

Qualifications

• Second-generation laundry industry professional with 30+ years of hands-on experience.
• Eleven years running a consulting business specializing in new-facility design, financial and operational optimization.
• Four years managing an on-premise laundry (OPL) in Mesquite, Nevada.
• Extensive background with major industry players (Textek, Sodexo, Crothall, Tartan) across all U.S. regions.
• Direct experience with Lavatec equipment in multiple plants and client sites.
