About the Role
Ben Bridge Jeweler's Timeworks store in Tacoma, WA is seeking a qualified Store Manager to join our team. Store Managers hire, train, develop, and coach store Sales Associates, set performance goals, and exceed sales targets. They are responsible for managing visual merchandising, security, team schedules, and expense control. Store Managers lead by example in sales and create an engaging environment for customers while representing the Ben Bridge brand.
Store Managers are energetic and committed to creating unforgettable moments that leave lasting memories. They love fine jewelry and timepieces. Flexibility with work schedule, including holidays, is a must.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, develop, and coach store Sales Associates
- Set performance goals and exceed sales targets
- Manage visual merchandising, security, team schedules, and expense control
- Lead by example in sales and customer engagement
- Recruit top talent and "brand fans" for the team
- Passionately lead and educate the store sales team
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, passion, and enthusiasm for Ben Bridge jewelry, the community, and the team
- Multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans, and teams
- Problem-solve and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Apply business acumen and key performance indicators to drive success
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail management and customer service experience or 4+ years of experience in a selling setting
- Experience selling luxury and/or lifestyle branded products
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated recruiting, interviewing, and staff planning skills
- Strong communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to brainstorm and problem-solve effectively
- Flexibility with work schedule, including holidays
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
Pay
Range: $82,000 - $87,000 per year. Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position includes base pay plus eligibility for a monthly bonus plan.
