About the role
ANTHEM™ is a TAA-licensed umbrella organization for several real estate and creative companies in Waco, TX. Our headquarters and studios are located in downtown Waco, focused on restoring and rejuvenating the city through development by design. This role supports the Summer Ellis | bijouterie brand, contributing to the creation and delivery of quality goods for downtown Waco and boutiques nationwide and abroad.
Peter & Summer Ellis, Baylor alumni and directors of ANTHEM, have led in design and business development since 1999. We are a growing, family- and value-based organization seeking individuals passionate about details and handcrafting to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning – assisting with initiatives and maintaining the cleanliness of show spaces
- General assistance – supporting team members, managers, and owners as needed
- Event assistance – helping with events such as the Farmer’s Market
- Marketing assistance – contributing based on business needs and your skills
- Sales – engaging with customers and communicating the value of products
- Coordination – collaborating with associated staff and tenants (e.g., Anthem: BRU, lofts, management)
- Handling daily tasks with minimal oversight while maintaining a results-oriented, team-player mindset
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Organized, mature, and responsible to meet daily demands
- Professional demeanor – ready to work and mentally alert
- Efficient and attentive to timelines and task completion
- Flexible to handle evolving work demands and adjustments
- Aptitude for learning and improving skills through on-the-job training
- Comfortable engaging with customers and addressing product value
- Presence and availability for a mostly 9-5 schedule, Monday through Saturday (some variability possible)

Pay
$9.00 – $14.00 per hour, depending on prior experience.
Schedule
Full-time or part-time, primarily 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Saturday (some variability possible).
