About the role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical development plans
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
• Contribute to the evaluation and advancement of novel cell and gene therapies
• Provide medical and scientific expertise to drive product development

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience in clinical development, regulatory affairs, or related field
• Proven track record in managing clinical trials and regulatory submissions
• Strong understanding of cell and gene therapy technologies and their clinical applications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
