Responsibilities

• Ensure retail shops and inventory are well-organized and attractively displayed.
• Provide product recommendations and process forms of payment including room charges, credit cards, and cash for novelty items.
• Serve as the final point of contact for the guest experience and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience and a deep understanding of retail service.
