JDE CNC Consultant

Job Summary

Oversee and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) environments, ensuring architecture stability and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support JDE E1 applications and core CNC components (Enterprise Server, HTML Server, AIS Server, Deployment Server).
• Execute package builds, ESU installations, Tools Releases, environment promotions, and application upgrades.
• Monitor system performance, triage and troubleshoot CNC-related issues (performance, connectivity, security, job failures).
• Manage server configurations (WebLogic, WebSphere, OHS) and support backup/recovery planning.
• Configure and maintain security settings, user roles, and environment parameters.
• Automate routine CNC tasks through scripting; maintain system documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Support integration architecture (JDE Orchestrator, AIS, external systems connectivity).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, deployments, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

Requires 10+ years of hands-on experience with JDE E1 installation, configuration, and technical architecture.
