Responsibilities

• Engage in conceptual design and detailed construction documentation
• Collaborate on projects from initial concept through construction completion
• Create and maintain complex Revit BIM models
• Sketch and explore design ideas
• Create and edit images using Adobe Creative Suite
• Create and present project documentation using Adobe InDesign
• Create and edit renderings using Lumion
• Communicate effectively through writing and speaking
• Pursue architectural licensure

Requirements

• 0-4 years of relevant experience
• US Citizen or permanent authorization to work in the US (VISA support not offered)
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program, with a Master's preferred
• Experience with Revit, including 3D modeling, family creation, parameters, detailing, and documentation
• Experience working in a complex Revit BIM model, including linked files
• Hand sketching ability for both quick design communication and deeper conceptual exploration
• Strong skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Expertise in rendering software, with experience creating renderings in Lumion preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire for long-term career growth opportunities within the firm

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD, Acrobat, Bluebeam, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
• Desire to pursue architectural licensure
