JavaScript Coding Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Responsibilities

• Converse with advanced language models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios using JavaScript.
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency in conversational interactions.
• Assess code quality and clarity in the context of JavaScript programming.
• Capture reproducible error traces during interactions with the model.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics based on model performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Real-world experience in JavaScript programming.
• Technical writing skills or open-source contributions demonstrating relevant experience.
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills, able to explain thought processes and reasoning.

Qualifications

Fluency in JavaScript, understanding of algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.

Skills

• Expertise in asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with debugging distributed systems and documenting failure modes.

Benefits

Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with final rates determined by experience, expertise, and location.
