Requirements
- Deep fluency in object-oriented design, concurrency, JVM internals, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture
- Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related field
- Real-world Java experience
- Competitive programming experience
- Open-source contributions
- Technical writing skills
Qualifications
- Ability to clearly articulate why a solution is wrong or weak, not just that it is
