About the role
We are looking for a Java Solution Architect to design and implement AI-driven cyber governance capabilities that augment Identity and Access Management systems. The role focuses on building AI-enabled decision engines, risk scoring, and automation frameworks integrated into our enterprise Identity and Cyber Security ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for AI-enabled cyber governance platforms.
- Design Java-based microservices to integrate AI/ML models into cyber workflows.
- Architect decision engines for access approvals, risk scoring, anomaly detection, and certification recommendations.
- Define human-in-the-loop workflows for high-risk cyber decisions.
- Establish explainability, confidence scoring, and auditability frameworks for AI decisions.
- Design integration patterns with IAM, certification, logging, and monitoring systems.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Guide teams on secure coding, scalability, and resiliency best practices.
- Partner with data, AI, and cyber stakeholders to align technical and business objectives.
- Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), architecture reviews, and production rollout strategies.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices).
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- REST and asynchronous API design.
- Data modeling with Postgres / relational databases.
- Caching, messaging, and workflow orchestration patterns.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models via APIs or services.
- Understanding of risk scoring, classification, confidence thresholds.
- Explainability and traceability concepts for AI decisions.
- Policy-driven decision automation (rules + AI hybrid models).
- Strong understanding of IAM, access governance, and cyber controls.
- Familiarity with access certifications, RBAC/ABAC, and JML lifecycle.
- Secure-by-design and zero-trust architecture principles.
- Cloud-native architecture (OCP).
- CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure awareness.
- Observability, logging, and monitoring for cyber platforms.
