Java Software Engineer III (front end)

Responsibilities

• Builds custom software solutions of high-quality while following the coding standards and technical design.
• Directs the work of other software engineers on moderately complex aspects of projects or products.
• Provides 24x7 hour support for customer issues.
• Collaborates independently and collaboratively in the development process.
• Travel may be required, up to 20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of professional experience designing and developing software applications.
• Experience with applications for automated or warehouse management systems.
• Java proficiency with Java and the JDK Framework.
• Object Oriented Programming (OOP) proficiency.
• Experience with troubleshooting/debugging software applications.
• Experience with the following technologies:
• Java Messaging Service
• Java Servlet
• Windows Services
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Oracle
• TCP/IP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience designing and developing software applications.
• Experience with automated or warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency with Java and the JDK Framework.
• Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with troubleshooting/debugging software applications.
