Job Description

As a Java Developer, you must possess superb communication and presentation skills as well as strong technical documentation skills. An ideal Java Developer is a thought leader who is open to new ideas, has a desire to learn new concepts and is willing to collaborate with others on projects. You must also be able to present technical ideas and high-level concepts and solutions to internal and external teams who may not have an IT background.

Responsibilities

• Building web portals to support interactions between customers and businesses
• Working with system analysts to flesh out project requirements and design high-level system specifications, such as UML diagrams, data modeling and object-oriented design
• Developing enterprise-scale systems that support customer self-service, business to business and system to system integrations
• Sustaining and testing for quality assurance
• Working on additional projects as assigned

Requirements

• Preferred education: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
