Java Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with 8+ years of hands-on development experience and proven technical leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have experience leading development teams, designing enterprise applications, and delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers and provide technical guidance.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions.
