Java Lead

About the Role

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to coding, security, and quality standards. Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure adherence to coding, security, and quality standards.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Core Java: Java 8/11/17, Collections, Multithreading, Streams, JVM, Concurrency.
• Expertise in Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
• Expertise in Microservices: REST APIs, API Gateway.
• Advanced knowledge of Database: Oracle, SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Java, Microservices, or React are a plus.
