Java Full Stack Technical Lead
About the role
This role is located onsite 5 days a week in our client office in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, or Cleveland, OH. For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or green card status as part of the PERM process will not be available.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to Lead and drive with the team with the client
- Responsible for sound and high-quality technical deliverables
- Drive the direction and roadmap for the microservices architecture
- Provide innovative solutions to complex situations and drive outcomes
- Provide technical guidance and architectural assistance around Kafka, Microservices, front end development and Mongo DB integrations
- Help the other members of the team with technical queries and guide and mentor them to develop top quality code
- Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of the business
- Always be ready to be hands-on to develop or fix issues to deliver on time and with highest quality
- Work closely with leadership and the whole Tech team
- Work to guide team members to create test plans, and ensure the issues are properly identified, fixed and tested
- Develop incorporating the best practices
Requirements
- To Be Successful In This Role At least 9+ years of Java API development using Springboot, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience.
- At least 5+ years of front end development with Angular, React, NodeJS.
- 3+ years of experience working as a lead and driving high quality outcomes.
- Excellent working knowledge of Open Shift Container Platform and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of Kafka will be a huge value add.
- Experience integrating Java based applications with Mongo DB.
- Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in an Agile environment

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $156,700.00.
