Java Full Stack Developer - TS/SCI w/Poly

Essential Functions

• Participates in a development team that uses agile methodologies combined with mature software practices and a technology-supported development infrastructure.
• Executes full lifecycle agile workflow including daily SCRUMs, story grooming and bidding, and sprint execution.
• Develops software and extends the software baseline to implement new capabilities and to mature existing capabilities using key enabling technologies and frameworks.
• Helps maintain the deployed system, diagnose and resolve issues, and provide support to end-users as needed.
• Provides technical and methodological guidance to the team, while helping steer the team to be self-reliant and highly effective at meeting project objectives.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline and 12 years of experience or Master's degree and 10 years of experience.
• 6 plus years' experience with Java development with some experience in Relational Database Management.
• 6 Years' Experience with Angular 3+ front-end web application platform and PrimeNG UI components or similar web framework.
• Experience with middle tier messaging systems, Kafka, Active MQ or similiar and development and usage with RESTful web services.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience working on a program following SAFe Methodology.
