About the role
Seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to build and enhance scalable, event-driven applications supporting enterprise content and integration platforms. The role will primarily focus on backend development using Java and Spring Boot while also contributing to Angular-based UI enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build and support Kafka-based event-driven integrations and messaging workflows.
- Develop and enhance REST APIs for enterprise applications.
- Contribute to frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support application functionality and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit and Spring testing frameworks.
- Support application troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production readiness activities.
Required Skills
- 6 to 9 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Experience working with Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL databases and database design.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to MongoDB, Aerospike, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Kafka concepts such as retries, DLQs, and event processing.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61,087 - $104,364. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, seniority, market conditions, and internal pay equity.
