JAVA Developer Programmer Analyst - PERM FTE

About the role

This is a Permanent Direct Hire Java Developer position with one of our clients in the Des Moines area. The position offers up to $120K depending on years of experience and includes a 10% bonus. The role involves running your own projects and working in a mid-sized team environment on challenging IT/Technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other relevant frameworks.
• Implement and integrate microservices architecture.
• Work with JavaScript and Angular for front-end development.
• Utilize HTML5, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and deliver solutions efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Requirements

• Experience with Java Development, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Angular.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience with JavaScript and Angular.
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development best practices.
• Experience with tools or frameworks such as Hibernate or Struts.
• A minimum of a 2-year or 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Lived in Des Moines, Iowa.
• Must have EAD, GC Green Card, or US Citizenship.
• Must be able to work 3 days per week in the Des Moines office.
• No sponsorship for H1B visas, F-1 or OPT.
