About the role

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale or longer-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented considerations. You will contribute to resolving complex situations by applying a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. Strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel are key aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology initiatives, including company-wide projects with broad impact
• Act as a key participant in developing standards and company-wide best practices for engineering complex, large-scale technology solutions
• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs
• Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, considering the enterprise technological environment and technical challenges
• Make decisions on engineering and technology solutions, requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, and influence the technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements

• Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education
• Authorization to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available for this position)
