Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Java Developer to join their dynamic team in Berkeley Heights, NJ. You will be an integral part of the software development department supporting innovative projects.
About the role
Develop and maintain Java applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot frameworks. Create and optimize RESTful services, implement container orchestration solutions with Kubernetes and OpenShift, and design scalable NoSQL databases. Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Java 17+ development
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and RESTful API design
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases and object-oriented programming principles
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and TDD practices
