Java Developer

Position Summary

This role focuses on application development, solution design, performance optimization, and technical leadership for a mid-to-senior Java Developer with approximately 8 years of experience.

Work Location

Alpharetta, GA – 5 days onsite mandatory

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to coding, security, and quality standards.
• Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Java development

• Core Java: Java 8/11/17, Collections, Multithreading, Streams, JVM, Concurrency Expert
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC Expert
• Microservices: REST APIs, API Gateway Expert
• Database: Oracle, SQL Server Advanced
