Java Developer (Amazon Connect)

About the role

We are seeking a Java Developer with expertise in Amazon Connect to design and implement automation solutions, integrate Generative AI into contact center workflows, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation and scripting solutions using Java or GoLang.
• Design and deploy Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex capabilities to enhance contact center functionality.
• Incorporate Generative AI into voice or chat bots, agent assist tools, or next-best-action systems, including:
  • Architecture design
  • Model selection and integration
  • Prompt engineering
  • Data preparation
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Java or GoLang).
• Knowledge of Amazon Connect or Amazon Lex capabilities, benefits, and deployment skills.
• Experience incorporating Generative AI into contact center solutions (voice/chat bots, agent assist, or next-best-action).
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
