Java Backend Engineer - Onsite/Hybrid

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a Java backend engineer to join their team in Merrimack, New Hampshire (US-NH), United States (US).

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in full stack java programming building scalable web applications.
• 6+ yrs experience with java spring based frameworks and libraries preferably Spring boot.
• 5+ yrs Working with public cloud and cloud based technologies with Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Hands on experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus.
• Building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres etc.
• 6+ years Experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architectures.
• Solid Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.
• Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud based software applications.
• Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can relocate to Merrimack, NH W2 ONLY NO STEM OPT.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have:

Pay

The starting pay range for this role is $66. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

Schedule

This position is eligible for a W2 ONLY NO STEM OPT.
