Skills

• Backend Engineering: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, JPA/Hibernate, API security basics
• Engineering Practices: Git, CI/CD, unit testing, code review, clean coding standards, performance troubleshooting
• Cloud / DevOps: Working knowledge of Azure/AWS, containers, build pipelines, monitoring, and deployment practices

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices-based architecture.
• Own technical solutioning, architecture discussions, code reviews, design reviews, and engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Guide and mentor developers, unblock technical issues, improve code quality, and ensure timely delivery aligned to business and product priorities.
• Collaborate with business, product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to translate requirements into clean, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
• Support CI/CD, release readiness, production stability, performance improvements, and technical debt reduction activities.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 a year
