We are seeking enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Assistant Store Managers to join our dynamic teams at our Peoria dispensary location. If you're passionate about leadership, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for cannabis consumers, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
• Maintain compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services regulations.
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate product scanning during transactions.
• Partner with the procurement and marketing teams to drive sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Assist with hiring, performance reviews, and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail or dispensary settings.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Facility Agent Card from ADHS.
• Pastoral ability to lead and manage a team of 20+ staff members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about cannabis education and customer experience.
