Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio and written materials accurately between Japanese and English.
• Review and edit transcripts to maintain linguistic and contextual fidelity.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold project quality standards.
• Provide insightful linguistic feedback to improve transcription processes.
• Meet project deadlines and consistently deliver polished, high-quality results.
• Manage multiple transcription tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members through written and verbal channels.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese with a strong command of English.
• Demonstrated experience in transcription, translation, or related language services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to transcription accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a remote team.
