Janzen Departs Vestis, Bowen Interim CFO

Vestis Corporation, a provider of uniforms and workplace supplies, has announced the departure of Kelly Janzen, Executive Vice President and CFO, as she pursues other opportunities. In conjunction with this leadership transition, Vestis has appointed Adam K. Bowen, Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, as interim CFO.

About the Interim CFO

Adam K. Bowen brings more than 20 years of strategic finance experience to Vestis. He previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at Sonder, Inc. and BlueLinx Holdings Inc. Bowen joined Vestis in February 2025.

Search for Permanent CFO

Vestis has engaged a leading executive search firm to conduct a comprehensive internal and external search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer. The search is overseen by the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors.
