Schedule

Full-time, permanent position with shifts available from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex, task-oriented cleaning operations environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by efficiently, timely, and accurately responding to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairwells, break rooms, and other work areas as needed.
• Follow the cleaning supervisor task process flow diagram.
• Support call handling by working directly with the team, splitting shifts, and leading shifts to successfully cover daily operation schedules.
• Provide feedback on ongoing activities and commit to implementing timely escalation reporting procedures to the IFS management team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Service-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude, capable of motivating team members and supporting client requests in an orderly and timely manner.
• Must successfully pass IFS background check and drug test.
